Lihakas shashlik sausage
Rakvere Lihaka series shashlik sausages are our meatiest grilled sausages, containing as much as 96% meat. They taste like classic Caucasian sausages, with the characteristic flavor of onion, garlic, garlic leaves and white pepper. The sausage is also different in structure from other sausages of its kind, because it contains pieces of meat. There are 10 sausages in each pack and they can be cooked in the oven, in the pan or on the grill. For the most authentic flavor, grill the sausages over a live fire.

Ingredients
pork 96%, water, onion, starch, salt, flavorings (i.a. smoking preparation), sugar, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, herbs, pork casing.
May contain small amounts of milk, egg, mustard, soy and celery.
Preparation
Take the sausages out of the package. Cook on the grill for approx. 8 minutes, in a pan for approx. 6 minutes or in a preheated oven at 180 ºC for approx. 8 minutes.
