Ingredients
pork 77%, water, salt, dextrose, psyllium fiber, sugar, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, flavorings.
Product may contain traces of celery, soya, mustard, wheat, rye, barley and milk.
Preparation
Remove the plastic wrap and bake in the oven at ~180 °C to an internal temperature of 72 °C (calculated for 90 min per 1 kg of meat). Occasionally dipping the meat in broth or water.
