Ingredients
pork collar 73%, marinade. Marinade ingredients: plain yogurt, kefir 2%, salt, spices, sugar, dextrose, flavorings, spice extracts, onion.
May contain traces of soya, mustard, celery, wheat, rye, barley.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the grill for 25 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.
In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for approx. 30 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
Pan: fry in a pan on medium heat for about 25 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
