Slow-cooked Rakvere ribs

Long-cooked Rakvere Ribs – the flavor of the beloved Rakvere ribs has moved into the long-cooked rib selection. The product is a nice more classic addition to our Blueberry and American BBQ ribs. The long cooking time at low temperature has made the rib meat particularly tender while maintaining the juiciness of the product. All you have to do is quickly heat the ribs on the barbecue or in the oven and the result is a rib where the meat just falls off the bone.

Ingredients

pork ribs 87% (EU), marinade. Marinade ingredients: water, rapseed oil, salt, sugar, flavorings (i.a. yeast extract, hydrolyzed vegetable proteins (i.a. soy), celery), spices and herbs, acidity regulators: E330, E262; thickeners: E415, E412; food colouring: E150c, E160c; preservatives: E211, E202.

May contain traces of milk, wheat, mustard, sesame seeds and sulphites.

Preparation

Remove the plastic wrap from the rib before use. Overcooked extremely tender pork ribs are ready for immediate consumption. For the best flavor, heat the ribs on the grill over glowing coals for about 5-10 minutes until the outer layer is browned. For a more even result on the grill, cook the ribs on both sides. It takes 10-15 minutes to heat in the oven at 180 °C. Serve the ribs, cut into proper slices, warm, with a garnish of your choice.
