Truffle salami
A delicately flavored raw smoked sausage made from high-quality pork, with an exceptional taste provided by authentic truffles. 115g of meat is used to produce 100g of the product. Conveniently sliced salami is easy to add to a snack platter or sandwich. Does not contain flavor enhancer E621. The product has received several awards – Best Christmas Product 2023 and Baltic Taste Award 2024 (Silver).

Ingredients
Pork (for 100 g of ready product is used 115 g meat), pork fat, black summer truffles 2% (Tuber aestivum), salt, dried glucose syrup, stabilizers: E450, E451, E452; pork collagen, spices, acidity regulators: E500, E575; antioxidants: E316, E301, ascorbic acid; dextrose, spice extracts, flavourings, pork hemoglobin, preservatives: E250, E252, starter culture.
May contain small amounts of wheat, soy, barley, egg, milk, celery, mustard and sesame seeds.
