Jelgava salaami
A delightful Jelgava raw smoked sausage made from pork with a mildly paprika-flavored taste. Conveniently sliced salami is easy to add to a snack platter or sandwich. Does not contain flavor enhancer E621.
Ingredients
Pork (for 100 g of ready product is used 124 g meat), pork fat, salt, dextrose, spices, spice extracts, antioxidants: E300, E316; pork hemoglobin, color E120, preservative E250, starter culture. Origin of raw material – EU.
May contain small amounts of wheat, barley, soy, milk, eggs, mustard, celery and sesame seeds.
