Grill-meat in Creamy marinade

Estonian pork collar steaks in a deliciously creamy, real cream marinade, with plenty of herbs added – onion, coriander, garlic and parsley.

pork collar 82%, cream 12%, water, rapeseed oil, herbs and spices (garlic, chives), sugar, salt, flavorings (i.a. cream flavor, butter flavor, yeast extract), thickeners: E412, E415; acidity regulator E330.

May contain small amounts of soy, mustard, celery, wheat, rye and barley.


Remove the packaging.

On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Grill the meat cut on each side at a higher temperature for about 1 minute. Turn the pieces of meat only once. Use grill tongs when turning. Grill the meat for about 10 minutes on each side.

In the oven: cook the meat in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for approx. 40 minutes.

Pan: fry on medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
