Ingredients
pork loin 81%, marinade. Marinade ingredients: water, rapeseed oil, salt, sugar, onion powder, dextrose, psyllium fibers, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, flavourings, garlic, spices, herbs.
May contain traces of mustard, celery, soy, wheat, rye, barley and milk.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the barbecue: the coals are ready when the flame is gone and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Grill the slices of meat on each side at a higher temperature for about 1 minute. Do not turn the meat more than once, as excessive turning will make the meat dry. Use grill tongs when turning. Grill the meat for about 10 minutes on each side.
In the oven: cook in a preheated oven using the convection program at 180 °C for about 35 minutes.
In a frying pan: fry over medium heat for about 8 minutes on each side. After cooking, let the cooked meat rest under a lid for about 4 minutes and then serve.
NOTE: Heat treat to a minimum internal temperature of +71 °C before use.
