Ingredients
pork collar 80%, marinade. Marinade ingredients: water, blueberry puree 6,4%, sugar, rapseed oil, salt, herbs and spices (inc paprika), flavourings (yeast extracts, smoke preparation, mustard), modified corn starch, food colouring: caramel, paprika extract, red beet concentrate extract; acidity regulator E330, thickeners: E412, E415; preservatives: E202, E211.
May contain traces of celery, soya, wheat, rye, barley and milk.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Grill the meat cut on each side at a higher temperature for about 1 minute. Turn the pieces of meat only once. Use grill tongs when turning. Grill the meat for about 10 minutes on each side.
In the oven: cook the meat in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for approx. 40 minutes.
Pan: fry in a pan on medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
