Blueberry fresh sausages
Sweet and sour raw sausages made with authentic blueberry puree are sure to become a family favorite. These mild-flavored raw sausages in natural lamb casing contain 74% pork and are free from flavor enhancer E621.

Ingredients
pork 74%, water, pork fat, blueberry puree 3.1% (i.a. blueberries 23%), sugar, salt, spices and herbs, modified starch, acidity regulator E330, flavorings (i.a. yeast extract, mustard), stabilizer E450, vegetable fiber, food colors: E150c, E160c, beetroot concentrate extract; preservatives: E202, E211; lamb casing.
May contain traces of soy, eggs, wheat and milk.
Preparation
Remove the packaging and brush a little oil on the raw sausages.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand above the grill grate at a height of 10 cm for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the raw sausages on the grill for 10 minutes, until the sausages are evenly golden brown.
In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for approx. 15 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
Pan: add a little oil to a preheated pan over medium heat, then add the raw sausages. Fry the raw sausages for 10 minutes, turning them in between, until the sausages are evenly golden brown.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
