Ingredients
pork 83%, water, salt, dextrose, psyllium fiber, sugar, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, flavorings, spices.
May contain small amounts of soy, celery, mustard, wheat, rye, barley and milk.
Preparation
Take the meat out of the plastic packaging and cook it in the oven at ~180 °C with the grid until the internal temperature is at least 72 °C, (calculated for 90 min per 1 kg of meat). Baste the meat with braising broth or water from time to time.
Remove the net before serving.
