Meaty oven sausage

Whole 80% meat, rich in meat Lihakas oven sausage is a real meat lover’s favourite. There’s so much meat in the sausage that only the basic spices and herbs, which enhance the flavour of the meat itself, can be used for seasoning. The sausage in pig intestine cooks to be succulent and the natural salt stays nice and crispy. For best results, place the sausages in a hot oven, on a baking tray, with the sausages stacked far enough apart to maximise hot air access.

remove the package and brush some oil on the raw sausages. In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for approx. 20 minutes. In a hot air fryer: cook at 200 °C for 10 minutes. Pan: add a little oil to a preheated pan over medium heat, then add the raw sausages. Fry the raw sausages, turning them time to time for 10-15 minutes so that the sausages are evenly golden brown. On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand above the grill grate at a height of 10 cm without burning yourself for 3-4 seconds. Cook the raw sausages on the grill for 8-10 minutes so that the sausages are evenly golden brown. NB! Heat sausages until internal temperature has reached 71 °C.
