Ingredients
pork collar 77%, water, rapeseed oil, onion 2%, herbs (i.a. oregano, garlic), salt, sugar, spices, dextrose, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, psyllium fiber, flavorings.
May contain traces of soy, celery, mustard, wheat, milk, rye and barley.
Preparation
In the oven: remove the cardboard from the foil box and poke a few holes in the foil with a fork. Place the box with the meat in the preheated oven and cook on the fan program at 180 °C for 30 minutes. Remove the film from the box and let the meat brown for 10 minutes. Finally, turn off the oven and let the meat finish cooking in the oven for another 15 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: take the meat out of the box and cook at 180 °C for 30 minutes. Turn off the fryer and let the meat stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
