Vinegar shashlik
Hand-cut shashlik from collar meat with a classic vinegar marinade and plenty of fresh onion. Does not contain flavor enhancer E621.

Ingredients
pork collar 65%, marinade. Marinade ingredients: water, fresh onion, vinegar 2,5%, salt, sugar, dextrose, spices, dried parsley.
May contain traces of soy, mustard, celery, milk, wheat, rye and barley.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the grill for 25 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.
In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the fan program at 200 °C for approx. 40 minutes.
Pan: fry in a pan on medium heat for about 25 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
