Family shashlik with onion

Ingredients

Pork hindquarters 63%, onion 20%, water, vinegar 2,5%, salt, black pepper

May contain traces of mustard, soy, celery, wheat, rye, barley and milk.

Preparation

Remove the packaging.

On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shish kebab on the grill for 20 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.

In the oven: cook in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C 25 minutes.

In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 20 minutes.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
