Hand-cut pork collar pieces in a dry marinade, which is given a pleasant taste by pure rhubarb puree and spearmint. Ingredients
pork collar 95%, rhubarb puree 2.5%, salt, lemon juice, herbs (i.a. spearmint 0.15%), dill, flavorings, dextrose, preservative E202, yeast extract.
May contain traces of soy, mustard, celery, wheat, rye, barley and milk.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the grill for 20 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.
In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for 25 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
