Ingredients

pork loin 80%, red currant 8%, plum, sugar, rapeseed oil, salt, spices and herbs (i.a. rosemary 0,15%), flavorings (i.a. yeast extract, smoking preparation), thickeners: E412, E415, modified starch; acidity regulator E330, antioxidant E300, food colors: E150c, E160c, milk thistle extract, beetroot powder; spice extracts, preservative E202.

May contain small amounts of soy, mustard, celery, wheat, rye, barley and milk.

Preparation

Remove the packaging.

On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Grill the meat cut on each side at a higher temperature for about 1 minute. Turn the pieces of meat only once. Use grill tongs when turning. Grill the meat for about 10 minutes on each side.

In the oven: cook the meat in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for approx. 35 minutes.

Pan: fry on medium heat for approx. 8 minutes on each side. For a softer and juicier dish, keep meat in closed bowl for about 4 minutes after cooking.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
