Grill-meat in Chimichurri marinade (pork collar steaks)

Cuts of Estonian pork collar chops in a rich herb marinade with plenty of onion, garlic, oregano, parsley, black pepper and other spices.

pork collar 89%, rapeseed oil, salt, onion, herbs 0.8% (garlic, oregano, parsley), sugar, black pepper, spices, flavorings.

May contain traces of soy, mustard, celery, wheat, rye, barley and milk.


Remove the packaging.

On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Grill the meat cut on each side at a higher temperature for about 1 minute. Turn the pieces of meat only once. Use grill tongs when turning. Grill the meat for about 10 minutes on each side.

In the oven: cook the meat in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for approx. 40 minutes.

Pan: fry on medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
