Pork shashlik Caucasian

Shashlik made from Estonian pork collar in dry marinade, with a meat content of 94%. The oil marinade contains authentic Caucasian flavors: onion, garlic, herbs and spices.

May contain small amounts of soy, mustard, celery, wheat, rye, barley and milk.


Remove the packaging.

On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the grill for 25 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.

In the oven: cook in a preheated oven on the convection program at 180 °C for approx. 30 minutes.

Pan: fry in a pan on medium heat for approx. 25 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
