Pork shashlik in pickles marinade

Pickled cucumber and shashlik are like match made in heaven. We put the pickles to pork marinade, which, in addition to the excellent seasoning, also makes the meat tastier. Still hand-cut from Estonian pork.

pork collar 77%, pickled cucumber 19% (cucumber, water, brandy vinegar, salt, spice extracts, sweetener E954), onion, garlic, salt, parsley, basil, flavoring.

May contain small amounts of soy, mustard, celery, wheat, rye, barley and milk.


Remove the packaging.

On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the grill for 25 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.

In the oven: cook in a preheated oven on the convection program at 180 °C for approx. 30 minutes.

Pan: fry in a pan on medium heat for approx. 25 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
