2023 Oma Maitse winner – Best warm meat product. Ürt&Grill is a series of rich flavors and domestic pork from Rakvere! Hand-cut pork collar pieces in a dry marinade, with crushed juniper berries and forest blueberries giving them a forest flavor. The meat content of the product in a rich but less marinade is 86%.

Ingredients
Pork collar 86%, lemon juice, blueberries 1,8%, sugar, salt, water, herbs and spices (i.a. juniper berries 0,3%), flavorings (i.a. yeast extract, smoking agent, mustard), modified starch, food colors: red beet concentrate extract, E150c, E160c; acidity regulator E330, thickeners: E412, E415; preservatives: E202, E211
May contain traces of soy, celery, wheat, rye, barley and milk.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the barbecue: the coals are ready when the flame is gone and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the barbecue for 20 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
In the oven: cook in a preheated oven using the convection program at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
NOTE: Heat treat to a minimum internal temperature of +72 °C before use.
