Meaty pork fresh sausage with roasted onion in lamb casing

Meaty raw sausages, rich in natural lamb casing, contain fully 80% domestic high-quality pork and nicely caramelized onions. Garlic and black pepper complement the rich flavor profile.

May contain traces of mustard, soy, eggs and milk.


Remove the packaging and brush a little oil on the raw sausages.

On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand above the grill grate at a height of 10 cm for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the raw sausages on the grill for 10 minutes, until the sausages are evenly golden brown.

In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for approx. 15 minutes. In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 15 minutes.

Pan: add a little oil to a preheated pan over medium heat, then add the raw sausages. Fry the raw sausages, turning them occasionally, for 10 minutes, until the sausages are evenly golden brown.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
