Taste of America shashlik smoky chipotle and pineapple
Taste of America is a product line inspired by American flavors and with a genuine barbeque atmosphere. Pleasantly spicy, slightly sour-sweet and smoky shashlik of Estonian pork collar tastes as if it was cooked in a real BBQ oven, even when cooked on a more modest grill.

Ingredients
pork collar 83%, pineapple 8%, pineapple juice, sugar, salt, spices and herbs (i.a. chili 0,17%, thyme), flavorings (i.a. yeast extract, smoking preparation), dextrose, thickeners: E412, E415; acidity regulator E330, antioxidant E300, food colors: E150c, E160c; spice extracts (i.a. jalapeno).
May contain small amounts of soy, mustard, celery, wheat, rye, barley and milk.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the grill for 25 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.
In the oven: cook in a preheated oven on the convection program at 180 °C for approx. 30 minutes.
Pan: fry in a pan on medium heat for approx. 25 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
