A classic seasoned roast with rind of pig’s hind (without bone).

Ingredients

pork 80%, water, salt, dextrose, psyllium, sugar, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, flavorings.

May contain small amounts of soy, celery, mustard, wheat, rye, barley and milk.

Preparation

Remove the meat from the plastic packaging and cook in the oven at ~180 °C until the internal temperature is at least 72 °C (calculated for 90 min per 1 kg of meat). Do we occasionally fry the meat in broth or water.
