Holiday blood sausage with bacon
The most traditional of all the holiday blood sausages, to which we’ve already added just the right amount of bacon slices. Crispy bacon is the best accompaniment to blood sausages! Seasoned with marjoram, this blood sausage in pig’s intestine is just like you remember from your childhood!
Ingredients of blood sausage: barley, pork 21%, blood 17%, pork skin, pork fat, meat protein, onion, salt, majoran, spices and herbs, flavourings (i.a. smoke aroma), pork casing. Ingredients of bacon: pork 97%, water, salt, stabilizers: E450, E451, E452; dextrose, antioxidant E316, flavourings, acidity regulator E262, preservative E250.
Product may contain traces of milk, soya, mustard, celery and eggs.
Remove the package. Preheat the oven up to 180°C.
Bake (only) sausages for 10 minutes, after what cover them with bacon and continue baking for another 15 minutes until bacon and sausages are crisp! Product is also suitable for frying on a pan and grilling on a grill!
Once opened, we recommend consumption within 48 hours.
