Homely oven collar
Pork neck in a creamy marinade, conveniently packed in an oven tray for easy preparation. Juicy and mildly seasoned, it is well suited for both family dinners and effortless entertaining. An excellent choice for the colder season, served with roasted potatoes, vegetables or a fresh salad.

Ingredients
pork collar 80%, water, rapeseed oil, mustard powder, salt, spices, sugar, dextrose, acidity regulators: E260, E330; flavourings, garlic, thickeners: E415, modified starch; food colour E160a, psyllium fibre, hydrolysed vegetable protein, preservatives: E202, E211.
May contain trace amounts of soy, celery, wheat, rye, barley and milk.
Preparation
In the oven: remove the cardboard from the foil box and poke a few holes in the foil with a fork. Place the box with the meat in the preheated oven and cook on the fan program at 180 °C for 30 minutes. Remove the film from the box and let the meat brown for 10 minutes. Finally, turn off the oven and let the meat finish cooking in the oven for another 15 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: take the meat out of the box and cook at 180 °C for 30 minutes. Turn off the fryer and let the meat stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
Heat treat to a minimum internal temperature of +72 °C before use.
