Homely stroganov
Classic pork stroganoff made from pork strips and onion pieces in a mild sauce. Quick and easy to prepare: simply heat the meat in a pan, add cream and simmer for a few minutes. The creamy stroganoff pairs well with potatoes, rice or pasta.

Ingredients
pork 50%, water, maltodextrin, modified starch, onion, sunflower oil, salt, spices, glucose syrup, caramelized sugar, yeast extract, hydrolysed vegetable protein, starch, thickener E412, milk protein, dextrose, sugar, flavourings.
May contain trace amounts of soy, celery, mustard, wheat, rye and barley.
Preparation
Remove the packaging. Heat the meat in a pan, add 200 ml of fresh cream and simmer for about 10 minutes until the meat is tender.
Heat treat to a minimum internal temperature of +72 °C before use.
