Mini blood sausage with cream and roasted onion
Small smoked sausages with cream and crispy fried onions. Their juicy texture and lightly crunchy onion pieces make them a great choice for both everyday meals and sharing with friends and family. When oven-baked, they are especially enjoyable on cosy autumn and winter evenings. Suitable for preparation in the oven, on a frying pan or on the grill.

Ingredients
Barley groats, pork 17%, food blood 14%, pork skin, pork fat, roasted onion 5% (incl. rapeseed oil, wheat flour), fresh cream 4%, onion, salt, marjoram, spices and herbs, flavourings, lamb casing.
May contain trace amounts of soy, mustard, celery and egg.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
Preheat the oven to 190 ºC, for a crispier result, grease the blood sausages with oil and bake for about 12-15 minutes until the sausages are crispy on top.
In a hot air fryer bake at 180 ºC for about 7 minutes. The product is also suitable for frying in a pan and grilling on the grill!
Attention: the ends of blood sausages can be secured with metal clips.
