Ingredients
Filling 50%, dough. Ingredients for the filling: pork 49%, water, pork fat, soy protein, salt, dried onions, sugar, black pepper. Dough ingredients: wheat flour, water, rice flour, dextrose, salt, spices, flavorings. Origin of meat – EU.
May contain trace amounts of milk, celery, mustard and sesame seeds.
Preparation
In a pot: add frozen dumplings to salted boiling water. When the dumplings rise to the surface, cook for another 4 to 5 minutes. Strain and serve immediately.
In a pan: Heat a little oil in a pan, add the frozen dumplings and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Before use heat until the internal temperature is at least +72˚C
