Ingredients
50% filling, dough. Filling ingredients: pork (47%), water, pork fat, soy protein (7%), fried onions (4%; dehydrated onions, sunflower oil), dried onions, salt, spices, spice extracts, flavourings (i.a. yeast extract), sugar. Dough ingredients: wheat flour, water, salt, turmeric, dextrose, spices, flavourings.
May contain allergens: milk, chicken eggs, celery, mustard, sesame seeds.
Preparation
Preparation: Fry dumplings on hot pan with oil or butter. Dumplings will get golden-brown colorfrom both sides if you fry them on pan,7 minutes on one and 6 minutes on the other side, under the lid with low heat. Boil dumplings in salted, boliling water in the ratio 1:3. When the dumplings have risen to the surface of the water, cook them for another 5-7 minutes with occasional stirring. To avoid dumplings to stick together, add a little cooking oil to the kettle. Add gherkins, peppers or other spices to enhance the flavor. Enjoy dumplings with sour cream, ketchup or other favorable sauce. You can also get a great result by frying bolied dumplings. Bon Appetit!
