Ingredients
50% filling, dough.
Filling ingredients: pork 47%, water, pork fat, soy protein, fried onions 4% (dehydrated onions, sunflower oil), dried onions, salt, spices, spice extracts, flavourings (i.a. yeast extract), sugar.
Dough ingredients: wheat flour, water, salt, turmeric, dextrose, spices, flavourings.
May contain allergens: milk, celery, mustard, sesame seeds.
Preparation
Pot: frozen dumplings are placed one by one in boiling water lightly seasoned with salt in a ratio of 1 part dumplings to 3 parts water. When the dumplings have risen to the surface, cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the dumplings from the boiling water and serve immediately. Enjoy with sour cream or melted herb butter.
Pan: put oil in a pan on medium heat and add the frozen dumplings. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the dumplings are golden brown.
