Rakvere dumplings




Classic Rakvere dumplings have always been a quick and tasty meal. Boiled or fried – it’s always good! Also add spice such as thyme or sage leaves.

Ingredients
50% filling, dough. Filling ingredients: pork 49%, water, pork fat, soy protein, salt, dried onions, sugar, black pepper. Dough ingredients: wheat flour, water, rice flour, dextrose, salt, spices, flavourings. Origin of meat – EU.
May contain small amounts of milk, celery, mustard and sesame seeds.
Preparation
In a pot: add frozen dumplings to salted boiling water. When the dumplings rise to the surface, boil for another 5-7 minutes. Strain and serve immediately.
In a pan: heat a little oil in a pan, add the frozen dumplings and fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
