Dumplings with broiler meat

Ingredients

50% filling, dough.

Filling ingredients: broiler meat 62% (fillet, tight meat), water, broiler skin, breadcrumbs (i.a. wheat), salt, dried garlic, flavor, dry dill, black pepper.

Dough ingredients: wheat flour, water, rice flour, dextrose, salt, spices, flavourings.

May contain allergens: milk, soy, celery, mustard, sesame seeds.

Preparation

Pot: frozen dumplings are placed one by one in boiling water lightly seasoned with salt in a ratio of 1 part dumplings to 3 parts water. When the dumplings have risen to the surface, cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the dumplings from the boiling water and serve immediately. Enjoy with sour cream or melted herb butter.
Pan: put oil in a pan on medium heat and add the frozen dumplings. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the dumplings are golden brown.
