Ingredients

50% filling, dough

Filling ingredients: pork (45%; EU), water, pork fat (EU), beef meat (EU), soy protein (7%), salt, dried onions, sugar, black pepper.

Dough ingredients: wheat flour, water, rice flour, dextrose, salt, spices, flavourings.

May contain allergens: milk, celery, mustard, sesame seeds.

Preparation

Fry dumplings on hot pan with oil or butter. Dumplings will get golden-brown colorfrom both sides if you fry them on pan under the lid with low heat.

Boil dumplings in salted, boliling water in the ratio 1:3. When the dumplings have risen to the surface of the water, cook them for another 5-7 minutes with occasional stirring. To avoid dumplings to stick together, add a little cooking oil to the kettle. Add gherkins, peppers or other spices to enhance the flavor.

Enjoy dumplings with sour cream, ketchup or other favorable sauce. You can also get a great result by frying bolied dumplings. Bon Appetit!
