Parma salami
A raw smoked sausage made from high quality pork. We have added special spices to the recipe to give the salami a completely unique taste. The name of the salami comes from the sunny Italian city of Parma. Another novelty is our new skin-packaging – we made it from materials that can be recycled if properly sorted. The product comes in a 80g pack, which is just enough to consume the open pack within the recommended 48 hours. In this way, together we can also contribute to reducing food waste at home.

Ingredients
pork (for 100 g of finished product used 103 g of meat), pork fat, salt, spices, flavouring, spice extracts, dextrose, antioxidants: E301, ascorbic acid; acidity regulator citric acid, pork hemoglobin, preservative E250, starter culture. Origin of raw material – EU.
May contain small amounts of wheat, soy, barley, egg, milk, celery, mustard, fish and sesame seeds.
