Pork collar with plums in baking tray

Ingredients

pork collar 74%, plum jam 5% (plums 70%, sugar, water, modified starch, preservative E202), water, rapeseed oil, iodized salt, sugars, spices (including curry powder, chili, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg), psyllium fiber, thickeners : E412, E415; hydrolyzed vegetable protein, flavorings, preservatives: E202, E211.

May contain traces of soy, celery, mustard, milk, wheat, rye and barley.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 °C. Remove carton from the tray, poke some holes in the film with fork and put it in the oven. Oven: Cook at 180 °C for 30 minutes. Remove the film from the tray and cook for another 10 minutes to get it crispy brown. Turn off the oven and let it stay in the oven for another 15 minutes. Airfryer: Take the meat out of the tray and cook it in the fryer at 180 °C for 30 minutes. Turn off the fryer and let it rest for another 10 minutes before serving.

Before use, heat meat to an internal temperature of at least 72°C.
