Ingredients
pork collar 74%, plum jam 5% (plums 70%, sugar, water, modified starch, preservative E202), water, rapeseed oil, iodized salt, sugars, spices (including curry powder, chili, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg), psyllium fiber, thickeners : E412, E415; hydrolyzed vegetable protein, flavorings, preservatives: E202, E211.
May contain traces of soy, celery, mustard, milk, wheat, rye and barley.
Preparation
In the oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the cardboard case from the foil box, make a few holes in the plastic wrap with a fork and place the box with the meat in the oven. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Remove the film from the box and let the meat brown for 10 minutes. Finally, turn off the oven and let the meat cook in the oven for another 15 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: Remove the meat from the box and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Turn off the fryer and let the meat stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
Before use, heat meat to an internal temperature of at least 72°C.
