Ingredients
pork loin 67%, marinade. Marinade ingredients: cherry puree 11%, water, sugar, rapeseed oil, salt, rum 0.7%, herbs and spices (including paprika), dextrose, psyllium fiber, caramelized sugar syrup, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, flavoring agents (including yeast extract, smoking preparation), modified corn starch, food colors: caramel, paprika extract, beetroot concentrate extract; acidity regulator E330, antioxidant E300, thickeners E412, E415; preservative E202.
Product may contain traces of soya, celery, mustard, milk, wheat, barley and rye.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Grill the meat cut on each side at a higher temperature for about 1 minute. Turn the pieces of meat only once. Use grill tongs when turning. Then grill the meat for about 10 minutes on each side.
In the oven: cook the meat in a preheated oven on the reverse air program at 180 °C for approx. 40 minutes.
Pan: fry on medium heat for approx. 10 minutes on each side.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
