Preparation

Oven: Preheat oven to 180 ° C. The flavored product in baking-proof packaging, is ready to be placed in the oven, it is not necessary to open or cut the package before placing it in the oven. Place the product on the baking sheet, remove the label from the package and cook the meat at 180 ° C for 70 minutes per 1 kg of meat. If desired, remove the film from the top with a knife or scissors approx. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and brown the product in the oven. Dip the baked product over with the broth and let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Tip! You can make a delicious sauce from the broth collected in the package during baking.

Airfryer: Take meat out of the package and fry in the airfryer for 60 minutes at 180 ° C and then 20 minutes at 200 ° C to get crispy rind.
