Sea sisefilee

BBQ-marinaadis seasisefilee on tõeline lihasõprade maiuspala. BBQ-stiilis marinaadi maitsebuketis on piprad, paprika ja veidi tšillit. Seasisefilee inspireerib katsetama ja lisab grillimenüüsse vaheldusrikkust. Küpseb kuumal grillil imeliselt pehmeks ja mahlaseks hõrgutiseks. Mõeldud nautimiseks!

Koostisosad

seasisefilee (82%), vesi, sool, vürtsid, suhkur, hüdrolüüsitud taimne valk, rapsiõli, psülliumi kiud, tärklis, lõhna- ja maitseained.

Võib sisaldada vähesel määral soja, sellerit, sinepit, nisu, rukist, otra ja piima.

Valmistamine

Enne tarvitamist kuumutada sisetemperatuurini vähemalt 71 °C.

Enne küpsetamist võib lõigata sisefilee pooleks. Küpseta grillil keskmisel kuumusel umbes 20 minutit liha pöörates. Jätka liha küpsetamist veel 30 minutit grilli väikese kuumusega alal. Ahjus küpseta 180 °C juures 50 minutit. Lülita ahi välja ja lase veel 5 minutit järelküpseda.
