Rakvere blood sausage
Traditional mildly flavoured blood sausage in natural pig intestine. Seasoned with marjoram.
barley, blood 17% (EST), pork 14%, pork skin, pork head meat 2%, pork fat, pork protein 2%, onion, salt, majoran, spices and herbs, flavourings (i.a. smoke aroma), pork casing.
Product may contain traces of milk, soya, mustard, celery and eggs.
Notice: blood sausage ends might be closed with a metal clip.

Remove the package. Preheat the oven up to 180oC. For a crispier result cover bloodsausages with oil and bake them ca 25 minutes until sausages are crisp from the surface. Product is also suitable for frying on a pan and grilling on a grill!
Vacuumpacked. Use within 48 hours after opening.
