Jalapeno-smokie cheese fresh sausage

Succulent raw pork sausages in natural sheep’s intestine, lightly spicy, with a zesty kick from jalapeno pepper and lime juice. Natural cheeses – Edam and smoked cheese – soften the spiciness and add creaminess. Does not contain flavour enhancer E621.

Ingredients
pork 71%, water, pork fat, Edam cheese 4.5%, smoked cheese 2.5%, onion, lime juice, antioxidant E224, salt, acidity regulator E262, flavorings, spice extracts (i.a. jalapeno 0.14%), beetroot powder, thistle extract, lamb casing
May contain traces of mustard, soy, egg and wheat.
Preparation
Remove the packaging and drizzle a little oil on the raw sausages.
On the barbecue: coals are ready when the flame is out and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Grill the raw sausages on the barbecue for 10 minutes, until evenly golden brown.
In the oven: bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C using the convection program for about 15 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
In a frying pan: add a little oil to a medium heat preheated pan, then add the raw sausages. Fry the raw sausages for 10 minutes, turning the sausages occasionally, until evenly golden brown.
NB! Heat-treat to at least +72 °C internal temperature before consumption.
