Mild fresh sausages with plums

Pure plum puree gives the raw sausages a mild flavor and a sweet twist. Raw grilled sausages in natural sheep’s intestine contain a whole 80% of high-quality pork and can be enjoyed by the whole family. Does not contain flavor enhancer E621. Grill or bake and enjoy!

Remove the packaging and brush a little oil on the raw sausages.

On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand above the grill grate at a height of 10 cm for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the raw sausages on the grill for 10 minutes, until the sausages are evenly golden brown.

In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for approx. 15 minutes.

In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 15 minutes.

In a pan: add a little oil to a preheated pan over medium heat, then add the raw sausages. Fry the raw sausages for 10 minutes, turning them in between, until the sausages are evenly golden brown.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
