Pere grillsausages
Rakvere Pere barbecue sausages are the most classical barbecue sausages, tasting traditional in the best sense. We’ve also put a generous amount of onion and cheese in the sausage. There are 10 sausages in a small package and they can be cooked in the oven, on the pan, on the gas grill but you will get the best taste experience when grilling them over a live fire.

Ingredients
broiler MDM 48%, pork 21%, water, pork skin, pork fat, onion, cheese, spices and herbs (i.a. garlic, chives, parsley), starch, vegetable fibers (i.a. soy, psyllium fiber), soy protein, pork protein, salt, dextrose, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, flavorings (i.a. smoking preparation), sugar, yeast extract, stabilizers: E450, E451; preservatives E250, pork casing.
May contain traces of egg, mustard and celery.
Preparation
Cook on the barbecue for about 6 minutes, fry in a pan for about 6 minutes or in a preheated oven at 180 ºC for about 10 minutes.
